I am officially interning at Outdoor Divas in BOULDER! I am working to live & encourage/promote active and healthy lifestyles for all the ladies out there. 

Outdoor Divas is a stylish, feminine, sporty retail store FOR WOMEN and it’s located on Pearl Street Mall. They have apparel & gear ranging from Yoga, Cycling, Climbing, Skiing/Snowboarding, Running, Hiking and Swimming. 

I LOVE IT! Their story, their mission, their gear, their everything. 

And… I’m helping to create/edit content on Outdoor Divas’ NEW WEBSITE as an E-commerce intern. :)

I’m learning so much about the brands we carry, outdoor gear and communicating unique terminology via product descriptions.

Udi’s Newest Restaurant on The Hill

Pickled Lemon, a middle-eastern inspired eatery, is a newbie cafe on University Hill in Boulder, Colorado. Interestingly enough, the cafe is owned by Udi’s! So you know it’s going to be great quality since they use Udi’s fresh baked, fat, fluffy pita bread.

Just because this cafe isn’t another sandwich or pizza spot — DON’T BE AFRAID! Ethnic food rocks. Pickled Lemon offers something different, and different is simply delicious.

I ordered “Chicken Shawarma Pita Sandwich” on my first visit and it was exploding with flavor and packed with high-quality ingredients like marinated chicken, hummus, house salad, sumac onions and much more. I highly recommend everyone to step out of their comfort zone and try something new — go check out Pickled Lemon! It’s a quick and delicious bite to eat in a bright, youthful atmosphere.

Interestingly enough, a “lemon pickle” can be used in Bloody Mary’s, Horseradish and Cocktail Sauce. To find out more about pickled or “preserved lemons”: Go Here
