Cascarones for Easter!
One thing that always brings me joy around Easter time — Cascarones!  Cascarones: confetti filled eggs. In Spanish, cascara means “egg shell.” Growing up in San Antonio, Texas, I have vivid memories of running around with these confetti filled Easter eggs.
